This boy is either a malamute or a Siberian husky, likely a mix, perhaps with German shepherd? He was picked up as a stray in very bad condition. His fur was matted to the skin and he was nearly starved to death. He has been eating well in the few days he's been with the gentleman who picked him up.
Xerxes is great with other dogs. He's submissive toward other animals (including small dogs) and he loves to be petted!
