Meet Xavier! He is a very lovable teddy bear who wants nothing more than to spend time with his favorite someone and thrives on attention. He is VERY food, praise, and treat motivated and is eager to please. He gets along with adults, children, and other dogs great! He loves to investigate anything you're doing so you'll never have to worry about where he is. His favorite pastime is snuggling on the couch or in bed with you, but he is up for a good play time or walk when you are. He understands basic commands and has an even temperament and level of energy. He does have some anxiety and will tear up small items out of frustration if left alone for certain periods of time, so he does need to be crated while you're gone. That's nothing that can't be worked on with a little training! He IS currently working on crate training and understanding what personal space is all about. We would prefer to find him a home-base with someone who spends a lot of time at home, works from home, or likes to travel with their pet. Don't miss out on this gem of fur baby. He is worth it!
