Hi .My name is Willow and I've had a very rough start on life. My mom's owner died in December and mom was left with a caretaker that was afraid of dogs. She tried to do what she could but in the end mom ended up having me and 9 of my siblings. We were living outside under the house when a rescue group stepped in and saved us. FOWA has offered to help with as many of us as they can so myself and my siblings will be coming to FOWA's foster program on April 12th.I was born on 2/16/08 so I am still very young. I have been to the vets for a physical and de-worming and shots. FOWA is starting to accept applications for me. I will need a home that has the time,patience and love to commit to a puppy so tiny.
