His owners decided they didnt have time for a dog any more! :-( This is a sweet, loving boy.....right now he is very sad and misses them, and desperately wants someone to love him again. Will is being fostered in Pittsburgh PA. ~~ NOTE: A securely fenced yard is required for all dog adoptions (and never those shock collar based "invisible fencing systems.")
