Look at that face! Absolutely irresistible! Wiley is a 7-year-old, purebred, Golden Retriever. His family lost their home and were not in a position to be able to keep him or take care of him properly. It’s heartbreaking when a dog of his age is suddenly displaced. He’s a little confused, but he’s fine and is learning to go with the flow in his new pack.

Wiley is a typical Golden. Easy-going, loving, loyal and eager to please. He is house trained and had the run of the house when his family was not at home. He is also crate trained, but doesn’t need to be crated, he is past the age of getting into things while you’re away..

Wiley loves to play fetch. Playing fetch in the water is a favorite game of his, as well.

He is great with children, dogs, and cats. He knows some basic commands, such as SIT, DOWN, STAY, SHAKE /OTHER HAND, and COME.

Wiley loves to play and he loves to rest. When you are watching TV, he is right at your feet or curled up next to you on the couch.. Such a faithful companion!

This dog's adoption fee is $250 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
