Wasabi is a 3 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu who originally came from our shelter & was adopted out. Almost a yr later the people turned him in because they said he was too wild. This poor boy is badly matted & was taught nothing! He is a spirited boy, but does not appear to be wild!
