Meet "Wally". He's a year old old pup that FOCAS rescued as a "Good Samaritan" drop off at a veterinary hospital. Our Angel Fund sponsored his neutering and appropriate vaccines. You can't look at that absolutely, beyond description, captivating little face without falling head over heels in love!! He lives with other dogs and cats in his current foster home. His youthful exuberance and beckoning to play keep his foster mom "on her toes." Wally is quick to become attached and he yearns for companionship.
