My Story

8/10/08: WALKER HAS JOINED HIS NEW FAMILY! WE WISH EVERYONE THE BEST OF LUCK!! 7/24/08: I have been neutered and vetted and I am READY to join my new family. Are you looking for a handsome man to love? If so, inquire about me! PLEASE CALL (352)871-2012(cell) or (352)490-6608(home) or WE PREFER YOU TO E-MAIL YOUR INTEREST! IF YOU MUST CALL, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A RETURN CALL!Walker is one of a litter of 7(Lola's babies)who was found under an abandoned trailer. Cold and scared, they were brought out of the only home that they had ever known. Now they begin their journey to a new life-one that would not be made possible if they had stayed where they were. Walker and his siblings are estimated to be approx 6 weeks old as of 1/30/08 and should be ready to go in about 2-3 weeks. As far as breed type, we are not sure what daddy was as so many of the pups look different so we are listing most of them with mom's suspected breed type.We believe that they will be medium sized at maturity-perfect for families with young children. They have received their first vacc and have been dewormed. They are currently being kept quarantined until it is determined that they do not have any contagious puppy diseases but they look good and we are optimistic that even with their rough start in life, they have not suffered any ill effects. We will be working on their social skills over the next several weeks as that seems to be the only place that they are lacking having never been around people before they were picked up. Since they are so young, there should be no problem getting them used to being handled and enjoying the attentions of the people around them. If you would like to be considered as a new home for one of these adorable babies, please send us an e-mail and your adoption application. Again, they will not be ready until the middle of February but they will be well worth the wait! The adoption fee for each baby is $150 and we will accept deposits to hold. The adoption fee will cover spay/neuter, age appropriate vacc, vet exam, microchip, fecal, deworm, heartworm prevention and flea control.Due to recent, unfortunate circumstances, we are only able to accept CASH as payment of the adoption fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
