Good in a home with
Waco is a Fawn Great Dane puppy. He was purchased from a back yard breeder, as a full blooded Dane puppy. The family who bought him saw that dad, who is a Great Dane, but they never saw the mom (how stupid is that ???). We are not sure that Waco is a 100% Dane. Yet to be determined.
We got Waco from a local vet after his family took him in when he lost all his hair. They vet determined that the pup had Sarcoptic Mange. The owner did not have the $$ to treat him. Next option was euthanasia. Luckily one of the vet tech had the family release the puppy to her and she started the treatment, then called us.
Waco's treatment was continued and his hair started coming back. He is now very happy, active and very playful pup. He will need to go to a family who could provide him with the care he need, lots of attention, play time, and of course, training.
