Introducing Violet! This sweet, 2 year old, 24 pound Lab mix is looking for her forever home. She is the perfect companion for anyone who loves to have lazy weekends and cuddle sessions on the couch. When she isn’t sunbathing or sprawled out on her dog bed, you’ll often find her trying to secretly play with toys by bringing them to her bed and nibbling on them from time to time. Violet loves to play with her kennel mates and would do well in a home with another companion. She even gets along with cats! She is a one of a kind pup who enjoys the company of other people so much that she will paw at you for attention throughout the day and will nudge your hand so you will give her some belly rubs and head scratches. Violet is easily won over by giving her attention and of course, treats! She was born on the streets in Puerto Rico and was taken to our sister shelter for some much needed love and TLC.
