Thank you!** Meet Vince V - one of the precious V pups born to Virginia Momma (shown) in Tennessee. At the time of posting on 3/6 these Lab/Dalmatian/Terrier mix pups are 8 weeks old and weigh approximately 8 pounds. Their mom is 42# so we would expect them to be medium sized as well. Their foster shares "These pups are sweet, happy and playful - just the best of all puppy characteristics. Their mom showed up to a good samaritans door as a pregnant stray. They took her in so she could have her babies in a home and took great care of them until they were 5 weeks old and then turned them over to the rescue. They are safe and loved and enjoying playing with each other and the other dogs here. Momma is sweet and laid back so if the pups get half her wonderful temperament they are going to be fantastic. Now they just need active forever families to train them well, give them lots of love, and take them on lots of adventures!" It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
