My name is Vickie and I am 4 years old and recently retired from a puppy mill. My foster parents say that I am a very smart energetic girl and have learned a lot in the past few weeks. I get two meals each day and snacks too. I love to walk lots and interact with everyone I meet, I am very active and am learning how to play. I do not have any accidents in the apartment and have learned to walk on my leash very quickly. I know how to sit pretty for my treats and I am getting better at all of my other commands but they are still a work in progress. I go in my crate when necessary when my fosters go out but not very happily at first, but then I settle down for a nap. At night I have a doggie bed which I am very happy to sleep in very quietly near my foster parents. I love going for drives in the car and last weekend we went to TAGS and got to play in this wonderful HUGE yard. My foster parents would call my name and I would run and sit at whoever called me's feet and then I got a treat. It was an awesome day. I hope that my forever family may do that with me too!
