Verne is 2 years old and 34 pounds. He is good with kids, cats and other dogs. He is a really sweet boy once he warms up, but he needs a family who is willing to give him time to adjust in his new environment. He is currently working on leash training. He is potty trained and good in a crate if needed.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS IF THE DOG YOU APPLIED FOR IS COMING ON A TRANSPORT:
If the dog you applied for is coming on a transport they will have a future arrival date within their profile. You will need to pick up in Puyallup at the set time & day you are asked to arrive (no other arrangements will be made). There will NOT be a meet and greet. We will not have fosters ready for the dogs planned to go on trial adoptions. For this reason, we will be asking for a $100 deposit for any dog going on a trial adoption at the arrival of the transport. Which will go towards their adoption fee. If you cancel 72 hours before arrival this will be nonrefundable and considered a donation.
