Poor Velvet came into rescue because his owner is having extreme health problems and can no longer care for him. Velvet is 11 years old and doesn't understand why he no longer has a home. He's very sweet and is a great little lap dog. He's very small and housetrained. He'd love find a home with someone who will love him for the rest of his life. He knows everyone wants younger dogs, but he's hoping someone will see his sweet little face and give him another chance at a life as part of a family.
