My Story

Valley Girl. This little girl is the sweetest. Initially found as a stray, Valley was facing euthanasia as she was so scared in the shelter environment. You ought to see her run and play with the other dogs now! Valley may be shy initially but once you've earned her trust, she's a joyful, happy, funny, silly, sweet affectionate pup. Potential adopters will need to come and spend time with her on multiple occasions, but it will be so worth it. All it takes is a little patience to reap her as your incredible reward. Valley will do best in a home with another social, confident dog to show her the ropes. She is also good with Tiki, our calm, confident cat. Valley does need a fenced-in yard as although she loves to explore on quiet, wood trails, she thrives in a well-known, stable environment. Valley is approximately 4 yrs. old and 37 lbs. She's the perfect sized pooch! Want more info on Valley Girl? We don't blame you a bit. Don't call! Go to: www.AlmostHomeDogRescueNC.com to submit your no-cost/ no-obligation adoption application.
