Valentine

Meet mama valentine. This poor big gal was found pregnant as a stray in Van nuys. She was safely captured on Valentines Day, which is how she got her name. She was likely kept in a backyard and used for breeding her whole life. She was weary of people and didnt understand why we tried to give her affection. After two months of kindness, she is finally becoming interested in people and actually quite loyal. She gets anxious when her foster mama leaves her alone. She is about 85 pounds but slowly gaining weight, we think shell be up to a healthier weight of 105 pounds in a few weeks. She is potty trained and definitely a pack dog. She likes to be able to watch the world go by out a window, or laying in the front yard on a long leash. She is spayed and vaccinated. Pups Without Borders is based in Los Angeles, California. For our adult and large breed dogs, we are happy to help with transportation to neighboring states.
