Vala is our longest resident, and has been with us since July 2022. We just love her to pieces, and would love to see her finally have a home and family of her own.
Vala came to us from horrendous conditions, heavily pregnant, and gave birth to 15 puppies just three days after we took her in. She suffered from multiple skin infections, eye infections, ear infections, advanced heartworms, and cancerous growths. We jumped into action immediately upon bringing her into our care, and diligently worked to get her healthy and help her raise her puppies. Vala's story of resilience has been astounding, and she is adored by all whom she meets.
Now, she is healthy and THRIVING, and so ready for a family to love. Vala loves people, and napping in the sun. She's the epitome of a lazy couch potato. Her favorite sleeping arrangement is nestled into a pile of cozy blankets and squishy pillows.
Vala is looking for a home where she can be your one and only best fur friend, and would really prefer a fenced yard to explore.
