Meet Umami!! This sweet boy is a 2 year old Rhodesian ridgeback mix! 70 pounds of loyal love. Umami has kind big loving puppy energy once you get to know him. He thinks he’s meant to be a lap dog, and if you allow it, he will take full advantage! Playful, very cuddly, sweet, goes any where with his person. One of the most loyal boys you will ever meet, he is meant to be someone’s companion. Needs slow intros to meeting people, then he’s your best friend! LOVES all dogs.. big and small! Ideal home- rural, middle school aged savvy kids. He’s ok on leash, but will need some leash work. He just really wants to be with his person, He’s looking for his soulmate companion, who he can love forever and ever. Athletic, big handsome guy! Has endurance, but can take naps, and be mellow with his people and K9 buddies. Potty trained. Currently being fostered with dogs of all sizes, and is always the group rockstar! Umami will need someone who is patient in helping him get comfortable to his new life. Once he has acclimated to his space he is amazing! He has so much love to give, and will make someone very happy! He will need a back yard, or acreage. Umami is the best candidate for rural life. He isn’t a city boy!
