My Story

This is a courtesy listing on behalf of Uma and Midsouth Keeshond Rescue, Memphis, TN This sweet mature girl lost her human mom to cancer at the end of 2006. A neighbor rescued her from the owner's yard and took her to his vet where she had been boarded until Mid-South Keeshond Rescue took her in over a year ago. Though she hadn't been around many people, she is now comfortable with multiple people. She is, however, quite possessive of her people; she tends to be territorial and dominant of other dogs near "her" people. She was adopted by an elderly lady in Ohio this past year but has been taken back into foster care since the lady is ill and not able to care for her. Uma has been displaced several times in the last two years and needs a person or family that she doesn't have to share. Additional information about Uma is available on request. To give this spunky Keesie girl her own home (like she once had ), contact Grigs and Myra Stevens, MSKR at [email protected] or call me at (901) 336-4597. - Grigs & Myra Stevens, Mid-South Keeshond Rescue. Uma is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered.
