Tutheren

Tutheren is about four years old. He came to us as a puppy with mange, and after the mange was cured, we realized he has allergies. We battled with his skin problems for a couple of years before we found a way to keep the itching under control. He takes 10 mg prednizone orally every day, and is just fine. (The cost of the medicine is about $10 a month.)

He's fine now, but will probably always be a bit scraggly looking. But while his looks may not be the best, Tutheren has a ton of charm and personality. He gets along fine with other dogs, but we don't know how he does with cats.

He weighs about 40 pounds.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee is $125.
