Troy

Troy is in need of a new home and his mom has asked us to help him find one. She does not want him to have to live the often stressed life of a shelter dog so will be placing him from her home so he does not have to come here.
Troy's mom is no longer in the best health and finds Troy too much for her considering her medical issues. She is sure there is a more suitable home out there for him and wants what is best for him. He needs lots of exercise, grooming and obedience training. He is trained to walk on leash, knows basic commands and is housebroken. Troy is two years old and a neutered male.
Troy hasn't had exposure to cats but does have a few dogs he meets for play dates on a regular basis. He is especially fond of men and loves all people he meets including children. Troy may be best suited for a home with older children as he is a pretty big boy and can get excited when playing and may become mouthy. Troy is a diamond in the rough and a few good obedience sessions will help him become a great companion but he has all the basic's down pat. He is well socialized, in great health and has been very loved.
His mom hopes his new home will continue with the Pet Insurance program she has set up for him. She would also love to keep him close to her as she wishes to visit or offer to dog sit if his new home is agreeable. Troy is living in sunny Tsawwassen at this time.
