Trixie-VA-adopted!

5/29/07 - Trixie is a female Irish Setter. I am located in Glen Allen, VA (near Richmond). Some basics about Trixie: DOB: May 23, 2006 UTD on all vacc. heartworm neg. (& is current on preventative) weight: 34.5 lbs loves people, fairly indifferent to other dogs. Trixie is fine. She is up to date on vaccines. She is housebroken. She is not spayed. The vet did not want to do surgery as she is small and under weight right now. While she has spent some time at the vets office, she has had some issues with our 7 year old male irish and our cats. The worst incident thus far was when all the animals were being fed. She is quite protective of her food. We are beginning a plan to work on that. Generally, she wants to interact with other dogs, when outside and not feeding time, seems to do well. She has done well with kids in our cul-de-sac. I will try to get a picture you this evening. As you would expect from a one year old, she is active and likes to run. Her birthday was May 23. Best with no cats and no young children, teenagers would be fine.
