Tony

TONY Tony is a 1 year old red male with natural ears and a docked tail. He was picked up as a stray; very skinny and covered in sores. Luckily he found his was to IDR Plus where he received veterinary care. His wounds have healed (although some scars remain) and he has gained much needed weight. To maintain his weight, Tony receives a supplement called Prozyme. Prozyme is a powder that is added to each meal to help him digest his food. The expense is small compared to the enormous amount of love he has to give. He is a bit shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly when shown a bit of love. Since his past is unknown, we can only guess that love was not a part of it. His scars are emotional as well as physical. He will cower at a hand raised , a loud noise, or a verbal correction. He needs a person with lots of love, patience and compassion to give. In return they will get a loving,adoring friend. Tony loves all his large foster siblings but can not live with young children, cats or small dogs. He does need to be crated when his person isn't home due to some separation anxiety. Crating makes him fell safe and secure while his people are away.
