Tokyo is a very timid guy who get very upset when he's at the shelter for adoptions. He needs time to adjust and get to know someone, perhaps even a few days of continued exposure in an environment that he is comfortable in, to bond with people. That said, once he has, he is the snuggliest bug in the entire world that loves to give kisses and sleep in your lap! He loves other dogs but would be best suited to a home without small children.
