This is Toddy, he is a 4 year old Pomeranian and a true sweetheart. He was surrendered by his owner because of the lack of time they had to spend with him. He loves to go in the car and loves to be with people. He has never had a collar or a harness on until he came to Pet Helpers, Inc. He is walking like a pro with his new red harness and seems to not even know it is on. He will come to you and go around in circles when he has to potty.He loves nothing better to sit on your lap and be petted;he likes to be held like a baby and sleep in your arms. He might be a little guy (under 10lbs) but he has a HUGE heart to share. He gets along with other dogs but not sure about cats.
