Meet two-year-old Toby. He is heartworm free, neutered and up-to-date on shots. He just moved into a new foster home, where he will be learning manners 101. He's an excellent car rider and loves people. Due to his age and excitement level, he would not be good for a children under teenage years. When he gets a chance to play, he gives it his all!
