Toby boy is about a year and half old and was found in an apartment - alone. His family moved back to their homeland and abandoned him in the apartment. Toby has not had an easy time so far; he is very shy at first and has some trust issues. It takes time for him to feel comfortable around ?new? people. He is however doing well in his foster home and has come around in leaps and bounds. He is house trained, crate trained gets on very well with other dogs and walks nicely on his leash. He will learn to trust - it will just take time and someone who will introduce him to new people slowly and positively. He will bond quickly to his primary caregiver and through that person he will blossom. He is a sweet, funny boy who is laid back and has a delightful personality.
