Tizsa was neglected the first 11 years of his life by his previous owner. Then a couple of weeks ago Stacie, a neighbor who had befriended Tizsa over the last 5 years, rescued him from that life after finding him impaled on a fence. Tizsa has fully recovered and now excited to start his new life, one filled with love and affection. After everything he's been through, this boy is still so trusting and sweet.
