He is very handsome! Timber was a stray rescued from Animal Control so we do not know much about him. But, he is a very nice boy, very happy—his tail never stops wagging! He is about 2 years old and appear to be a purebred Labrador Retriever. He is very blonde and gorgeous! He weighs about 65#.
Timber loves playing with other dogs and is fine with cats and children. He doesn't jump on people and he rarely barks. He is house trained and he loves his crate, so adjusting to his new home should be easy. He obviously was raised on invisible fencing because he is scared to death to leave the yard--very sad!
Timber is a typical lab who likes activity and would make a good jogging partner. We are working with him on some basic manners. He knows SIT, WAIT, and COME.He does chase a ball, but he doesn't always bring it back yet.

This dog's adoption fee is $300 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
