Tigger, aka Tiggy or Tig, is looking for a person who sees how gentle and sweet he is, yet respects how strong and powerful he is. Shelter volunteers love giving him treats, he’s so gentle taking them from our fingers and it’s like his eyes are saying, “thank you, kind hooman” everytime. We believe he would do best in a home that is calm and without the bustle that comes with young children.
Tiggy is becoming quite social, and is not showing aggression towards dogs! With the proper introduction, he may be able to go home with another dog! He is getting along with all people, both male and female now!!
Every dog adopted from Green Hills Animal Shelter is fixed, has age appropriate vaccinations, a rabies vaccination, and is tested for heartworm (if old enough). Dogs from GHAS will also come with a starter bag of Hills Science Diet pet food to get you started!
