Hi, I'm Tigger and I am a 5 year old Boxer-Lab mix. Don't tell the other dogs, but I am the favorite of all the staff and volunteers! I am shy at first and sometimes take awhile to get to know people. I was chained outside the first year of my life and not taken care of, so I have a hard time trusting people sometimes. I am looking for someone who has no other pets or young children and the patience to get to know me. I will be a loyal, protective companion. I love to go for walks and play with my toys. Mostly I am a calm and gentle dog and especially like spending time with my human friends. I have a couch in my kennel and love when the staff and volunteers come sit with me. I have been here for a long time and try to keep hope that one day someone will see what a great dog I am and give me a chance at a forever home.
