My Story

Please contact Destiny Sibert ([email protected]) for more information about this pet.sweet small boy seeking fresh start and love! TIE DYE NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Come meet Tie DyE and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (Aug. 4th) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Alexandria (3351 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22305)! Name: Tie Dye Best Guess for Breed: Chihuahua mix Best Guess for Age: 5 years as of July 2024 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 14 lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats but he can be tested. We would be cautious placing Tie Dye in a home with children under 12 years old because young kids can often scare small breed dogs with their level of energy or noise. Children would need to be supervised closely to ensure their interactions with the dog are calm and gentle in nature. We would be happy to discuss this more in depth with any applicant. Currently Living at: Texas shelter; scheduled to arrive in the DC area Saturday August 3 Tie Dye is Looking For: His forever home! He landed in the shelter through no fault of his own and is oh so eager to once again have his own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. Sure, he's not a super young pup any longer but you know, small dogs can live quite a long time and Tie Dye will have plenty of that awesome puppers energy for quite some time to come! What he wants most of all, though, is to love and be loved, to know where he belongs, to know he's under his own roof every time the sun goes down. In exchange he promises adoring gazes and little tail wags and to always make you smile. What do you say? Is Tie Dye the companion you have been seeking? What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once he has arrived in the DC area and spent some time with his foster! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.
