Thomas

Thomas is a handsome Redbone Hound/Lab mix. He was born in May and is very healthy. He is the calmest pup in the litter. Thomas has a short, deep red coat with floppy hound ears and eyes that you will never forget—they beg to please you. He loves to play with his litter mates and with my large dog. When he is not playing or exploring his surroundings, he usually sits on the dog bed and chews on a bone. He loves to be held in your arms or lap to get a belly rub. Thomas is crate trained. He eagerly enters his crate and waits patiently and quietly for your return while chewing on a bone or toy. He looks forward to his daily walk for exercise and responds well to your commands on the leash. We are now working on house training. Thomas is a very intelligent dog that wants to please his owner, so this should not take long to master. Thomas needs a home with room to run and play and a loving lap to sit on. He is great with children and other dogs and would make a wonderful family pet.

We reserve the right to perform home visits on any adoption. Because we follow up on every adoption, we prefer adopters within a 75 mile radius of Concord, NC and they will be given priority over out of area applications. If you would like to see a particular pet at a Saturday adoption event, please contact us at least 2 days in advance so we can get in touch with the foster family and try to make sure they can be there.
