*** "Thing 1" has an adoption pending! YEAH!!!! ***
This is Thing 1!! We named the puppies Thing 1 and Thing 2 after the characters in the Dr. Suess book "The Cat in the Hat!".
Thing 1 is approximately 5 weeks old as of writing this. He will not be released for adoption until he is 4 months old and has been neutered and all his shots completed. Thing 1 is the smaller of the 2 puppies, and had a lung infection when he came into rescue's care. He has recovered, and is rapidly catching up to his big brother Thing 2. At this point it looks like his personality is going to be a busy one, as i had a terrible time getting a picture of him sitting still!
Update from foster mom -- 28 Jun 05 These are VERY high energy puppies and need to be in a home that will be able to address this issue. These are not low-maintenance, "cuddly snuggly" puppies...these are puppies that are always on maximum overdrive and they need to be in a home with a good activity level.
