Theo - Young, Gentle Giant

Theo is a gentle giant! He can be timid at first but once he gets comfortable, he’s attached to your hip. He loves to cuddle and play often. He definitely thinks he is a lapdog! He plays well with other dogs and has done great around his faster family's toddler. He does well on a leash. He is still working on kennel training but does better each week. He still does best with several potty trips a day outside. He can be clumsy and needs reminders to slow down when going down the stairs. He loves to be the center of attention, loves treats, and loves to be petted. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies) which includes State of Texas sales tax. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard. Since all our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule.
