JACK RUSSELL TERRIERS ARE NOT SUITED TO APARTMENT OR CONDO LIFE AND IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO EXPECT THEM TO BE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT THEY WERE BRED TO BE. THEY ARE A HUNTING BREED.
