Teddy

Hello, my name is Teddy and I am looking for my forever home. I use to have a home, but they decided to dump me at a local store! Can you believe that? Drove up to the store and dropped me out of the car! I was pretty confused, but now I think it all happened for the best. Now, I’m in a loving home who is making sure I get everything I need. Take my teeth for example, I had no idea all the pain I’ve been in because my teeth had never been cleaned wasn’t normal! My new foster mom got me all taken care of though. I guess some humans just don’t understand we need our teeth cleaned just like them!  I also didn’t know it wasn’t normal to be skin and bones – I actually have some “meat” on me now and that hungry feeling I always had is gone! I get treats and all kinds of good stuff. Oh, and did I mention I get toys!?!? My new mommy took me straight to the doggy store where I was allowed to pick out all kinds of fun stuff! Although they think I am around 8 years old, don’t let that fool you – I love to play with squeaky toys!

I am currently in a home with small children, dogs, and cats. I am a bit intimidated by bigger dogs, but once I get to know them we do just fine together. While I like to live with other animals, I LOVE to be a human companion.

Did I mention that I want to be at the top of your list of special things? I will need you to commit to lots of belly rubs, providing me with fun, squeaky toys, and lots of snuggle time. What I commit to you is being a loyal, loving, obedient companion who promises to bring you tons of joy.
