Good with Dogs: No Good with Cats: No Good with Children: No children at this time Tanner is a happy, goofy, affectionate, athletic boy. He is so smart and loves to learn. He enjoys playing fetch and going for walks/runs. He currently knows: sit, stay/wait, down, leave it, find it. He is currently working on "relax" and "no bark". Tanner also has a sad side to him. He is nervous around new people and will need time and patience from his furever parent. We are looking for a foster-to-adopt situation (multiple visits will be needed initially) with no other animals or children where he can grow into his new home and both he and his new person can learn about each other over time. He will need to continue his professional training and visits with his specialist vet. A home with a backyard is a must. His new person should be female as he warms up to women much faster. Must have experience with dogs, preferably large dogs and experience with reactive or fearful personalities/behaviors. Note: Not all animals attend every adoption event.
