TAMMY is a super shy, 6 year old, 50-55 pound Staffie/Terrier mix who is looking for her forever home. She lives in a quiet foster home with another dog and would do best in a home with people around and at least one other dog her size or larger for company. She can sometimes get a little territorial with her personal space with smaller dogs. She typically spends time by herself, but likes having people close by. When she's in the mood, she'll come looking for attention and affection. WHAT'S NEXT? This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and preventatives. Animal Alliance's policy is that we will adopt dogs younger than 1 year old to families with children under 9 years old. We do not adopt dogs 1 year or older to families with children under 9 years old due to the unknown history of adult dogs.
