Tad
Breed
Pit Bull Terrier
Color
Red / Chestnut / Orange, Yellow / Tan / Blond / Fawn
Tad is a beautiful 2 year old male pit bull mix. He came to Noah's Hope after being treated for parvo and ringworm. He then had knee surgery on both knees since in rescue. He also has some mild alergies and was recently diagnosed with seasonal flank alopecia. Neither condition requires prescription meds at this point. He was what we like to call a "hot mess". Thru all that, he is a super friendly guy who loves everyone he meets. Tad does well with other dogs with a proper introduction but really would do best in a home with no other pets. Sometimes he decides not to share his people, food or toys. He is not a barker... but does let you know when someone new is at the door. He does not do well with cats. He is perfectly kennel trained and house trained. He loves playing with toys and will quickly disassemble any fluffy toy he is given. He absolutely loves car rides and is ready to go on adventures! Because he spent most of his puppy months in quarantine he lacks the basic training that should have started months ago. He is an eager learner and will need a family who will work with him to make his adoption successful. He is neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $135.
