Suzie has a new home lined up so we are no longer accepting applications for her.
Suzie is an affectionate Lab mix who loves to fetch tennis balls and play with toys. She knows her basic obedience commands (Sit, Down, Paw etc.) and is quiet and well-behaved in her kennel. She is very playful with other dogs and is having a lot of fun with a much smaller dog at the shelter. She loves to go for walks and seems to be completely housebroken. We are guessing at her breed mix. She weighs 70 lb., so she is a large dog. She is strong on the leash and will need some training on that, but is already doing much better with that now that she is getting enough exercise. Our vet thinks she is around 2 or 3 years old and wrote on her chart that she is a very sweet dog. She loves to ride in the car and was a very good girl when she had her vet check and vaccinations.
