Sugar and Spice

< Sugar and Spice are still here! What's the matter with everybody??? These are the cutest, fluffiest, fuzziest, sweetest-smelling puppies ever--we thought they wouldn't be in the shelter more than a couple of days and now it has already been about ten days. How awful! p>Oh my gosh! I can smell the puppy breath from here!

These two little guys were allegedly dropped off in different neighborhoods by a silver truck with Missouri plates. If you know more than this, please help us--we would like to pursue it.

Anyway, just LOOK at those faces. These are the fluffiest, fattest, hugest, huggiest puppies we have ever seen. And they ride well in vehicles and seem smart and adaptable and pretty well socialized. Spice is the one with the whiter muzzle and Sugar is the most clingy. Spice is also a big crybaby, who seems to operate on the principal of the-sooner-you-start-to-scream-the-sooner-it-stops, "it" being any change whatsoever. I doubt he was abused--some pups are just like that: over-cautious.

The dumpings took place outside the city limits, so these darling boys will be adopted out as Border Animal Rescue adoptions. Soon, I am sure. If you are interested, call Theo at home right away: 520-432-2987.
