Sugar may be a special needs girl, however, the emphasis is on the word "Special." To know this girl is to love her! Despite her diabetes and blindness, she is a happy, extremely loving and lovable dog. She just wants to have a family or person to love and cherish her. It may take her a moment to warm up to some men, but it's all about smooches from there on out! Sugar loves car rides and rides quietly and well, she likes to be by someone and does well on a leash. She would prefer to be the only pet, though, and would need a home where someone is at home much of the time. This girl is well worth the time and effort!
