Meet Sugar, the sweetest 7-year-old Lab you'll ever encounter! At 41 lbs, she’s the perfect blend of playful energy and mellow companionship. Sugar's story began with a kind-hearted 91-year-old woman who has cherished her since she was a puppy. Now, as her beloved owner moves to assisted living, Sugar is on the lookout for a new family to shower with her love and impeccable manners.
Sugar is the epitome of well-behaved. She’s crate trained, leash trained, and has never met a dog walker or daycare she didn’t like. Her social skills are top-notch, making her a joy to be around for both dogs and humans of all sizes and ages. Whether it’s a stroll through the park or a lazy day indoors, Sugar adapts with ease and grace.
Despite her age, don’t let the number fool you—Sugar is no senior couch potato. She’s active, curious, and always ready for fun. Her well-rounded personality makes her equally happy in an apartment or a house with a yard. Sugar has a sharp mind and will thrive with plenty of mental stimulation, so puzzle toys and new tricks will keep her content.
One of Sugar’s standout qualities is her gentle nature. She’s met people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, and her interactions are always positive. This well-socialized lady doesn’t jump up on people and has never shown a hint of aggression. She’s simply a polite, loving companion who wants to be part of your life.
Sugar’s adaptability means she would be a great fit for various living situations. Whether you’re an active family looking for a playful partner or someone who enjoys quiet walks and cozy evenings, Sugar is ready to be your loyal friend.
If you’re looking for a delightful, well-mannered, and loving dog, Sugar is your girl. Ready to give her a forever home? She’s waiting with a wagging tail and a heart full of love.
