STAR is a spayed female Lab mix who will be about 45 pounds at maturity. STAR is sweet, playful, curious and funny and would love a home with children 4+ years old. She would do well with an active family who likes to walk/hike/jog as she will be big enough and strong enough to keep up. STAR would do best with another dog in the home.

This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and preventatives. Animal Alliance's policy is that we will adopt dogs younger than 1 year old to families with children under 9 years old. We do not adopt dogs 1 year or older to families with children under 9 years old due to the unknown history of adult dogs. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: Meetings at our Adoption Center are by appointment only (no walk-ins). An online adoption application is required and must be approved prior to meeting any animals. Adoption appointments are set up by email by our Adoption Coordinator (no phone calls, please). This process ensures our dedicated time to the animals in our care, as well as full attention to adopters at scheduled times.
