We are still learning about Spot, but what we know is that this little boy has the potential to be an incredible family member.
Spot is only one-years old and only weights approximately 25 pounds.
Unfortunately, his original owner passed away and he was not well socialized by those who inherited him, so he is a bit shy and scared. It will take him a bit of time to feel safe and loved, but once he does, he will reward his family with many snuggles.
We are not certain but expect that Spot will fit in well in a home with dogs and cats, so long as they are kind to him. Because he is a little shy, we do not recommend children under the age of ten, and we want to make sure that everyone in the family is kind, gentle, and patient while Spot settles in.
Spot is learning to be comfortable on a leash. In the meantime, a very secure fence that is at least 4ft tall would benefit his safety.
