My Story

**LOCATED IN SOUTHCENTRAL** Spike Ten years old Male lbs Chihuahua Vaccinated Microchipped Spike is very affectionate, house trained, kennels with a little protest; he prefers sleeping under the covers, touching. Gets along well with other dogs. Has been around children, and is fine as long as children respect his space. He loves car rides and 4 wheeler rides. Spike has presented with evidence of kidney disease and will need to be on prescription food and be regularly monitored with your veterinarian. Currently, it is expected for him to do well, long term on rx food. Spike is looking for that special adopter to accept him and his medical needs into their home. Due to his kidney disease, we were unable to safely anesthetize him again to neuter him, though we were able to complete a dental for him.
