Sophie is a purebred 2 and a half year old tricoloured standard rat terrier. She is looking for a new home with no small livestock or free range poultry. Sophie is 16 inches at the shoulder and weighs 30 pounds.
Sophie is house and crate trained. She rides well in the car (crated). Sophie has had little on leash experience and would benefit from a starter obedience class. She is friendly with all humans - large or small and of different ages. Sophie has lived safely with cattle and donkeys and other dogs. NO cats, please!
We are looking for a terrier-experienced active family with secure fencing. Hikers or sport dog-oriented homes preferred. This is a gorgeous rat terrier who would make a wonderful addition to any terrier-loving family.
Sophie is located in the Yakima area. Her adoption fee is $200. Transportation to any approved home in the PNW can be arranged.
