Sooner is a little over a year old in these pictures taken July 24, 2010. He was born in April 2009. Sooner would be better as an only dog as he loves to be babied. Likes to play with toys too. He really enjoys sleeping in the bed with you under the covers. Also hides under the covers for naps alone or if he is afraid. Sooner does climb a chain link fence. He loves to play with people but is a bit shy when he meets someone new. Boiled chicken is a favorite treat, so give him some and he is your new best friend.
Sooner hasn't been exposed to too many people other than his owners and the LP volunteers. His perfect home would be one without small children as he does run and hide under the blankets if there is a lot going on and lots of noise. Sooner does need work on a leash but is paper-trained.
Sooner weighed 9.5 pounds at the vets and is on Heartworm preventative.
