Smiley needs a foster home! He was picked up as a stray in Cherokee County. He is a nice-looking, black & white, tri-colored boy who is around 3 years old. Smiley is neutered and healthy. He is loaded with personality and loves to play and talk. He's ready for a forever home but is currently waiting for a foster home at a local kennel.
